To qualify for a Refund:

FOR INSTRUCTOR-LED LIVE TRAINING

Within seven days after buying your course, submit your refund request. After buying your course, you have seven days to submit your refund request.
Have not ordered an exam kit or voucher, nor have they attended more than one (1) live online class.
Refund requests that do not comply with these standards will be declined and no reimbursement will be given.

FOR SELF-PACED VIDEO TRAINING

The self-paced training courses are not refundable.
If it is discovered that the course has been taken, that access has been shared with others or numerous users, or that the purpose of the course purchase was to copy the material or content, there will be no refund and the account will be blocked simultaneously.

Cancellation Policy

Discounted courses are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds cannot be given if the student fails to show up at the appointed time and day.
If there is a refund, the tax amount won't be reimbursed.
Within seven days of the first session's start, request a refund.
After seven days of the course's purchase, refund requests won't be honored and won't be paid.
If you have accessed or downloaded our intellectual property course materials from the learning site, or if you have participated in online classroom training for more than one day, your refund request will not be granted.


GETMYPATH holds the option to delay/drop an occasion because of a Instructors sickness or Power majeure, occasions (like floods, tremors, political flimsiness, a pandemic circumstance like COVID19, and so forth

Duplicate payment

Refunds of any duplicate payments will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) within 7 working days after you have submitted your request.
